SERVICE CLARITY
Service Feedback and Transparency Policy

No verified reviews are currently published, and the form is a disconnected draft tool. This page explains the proposed publication policy for future collection, not a claim that a verification system is already operating.
Feedback after a service experience
When enabled, feedback should be requested from people with an actual service experience, without selecting only satisfied clients or requiring five stars. Participation is optional and not tied to a discount or reward for a positive opinion. Names may be withheld while verification details remain private.
What will be verified?
- The connection to an actual service experience and its approximate date, without publishing case references or files.
- Checks for duplicate submissions or impersonation, while preserving the reviewer’s original meaning.
- Consent to publication and the preferred display name, removing confidential details without turning criticism into praise.
Negative feedback and a response
Service criticism should follow the same publication criteria as positive feedback. A low score is not a rejection reason. Withholding or editing must relate to privacy, abuse, impersonation or irrelevant material, with an explanation to the reviewer when the system operates. A firm response must not reveal case details or require a changed rating.
Scores and summaries
Once genuine data exists, show the published review count, review period and rating distribution, calculating averages from published scores without manual inflation. No aggregate score or stars should appear before data exists. Communication and organisation feedback are distinguished from litigation outcomes; reviews do not guarantee future results.
Privacy, corrections and withdrawal
Before activation, responsibility for collection, verification, retention, corrections and withdrawal of consent must be defined. Those technical processes are not active yet. You can currently check a draft on your device without sending it, or contact the firm directly about a private concern.
